Dr An did an amazing job on filling my tooth, he was quick and got it done before I even knew. The experience here and the ambience in the room gave it a nice vibe. Tony who works at the reception making sure my experience here was great. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone!

Standard consult was $40.X-ray at $40 per shot (I was initially only told the price of AFTER the 2 shots were taken – however I refunded this by my usual Dentist when he heard I felt used by this; it was a communication issue with the dentist I saw on an emergency).Fillings $150 per tooth.Quoted tooth extraction at $300.Root Canal $1600 over four sessions (four payments of $400 each).No… pain during procedure with Viet. Did need an emergency check a few months later when Root Cannal started to hurt again. Got a different dentist (due to sudden timing) and was not happy with the lack of communication, but on expressing my disapointment the clinic took effort to rebuild my trust, and even refunded me in part for the procedure I had – making sure to organize a time to see my normal dentist (Viet) as soon as possible.Viet re-did the Root Canal procedure at no cost and it felt fine a few days after the pain settled from the procedure.They listened when I explained my financial situation wasn’t the best (unemployed/on centerlink) and have offered advice to help me get in contact with the Government Dental School to get a more affordable option. I was really grateful to see they weren’t wanting to exploit me and did want to help me.I cannot afford to go to a private dentist (Medicare won’t cover it) but this clinc has made solid effort to help me. If I could afford the standard Dental prices, I would have them do the rest of the work I feel I need done.read more

Doctor Tran is very helpful and explains things as she is working on you so it makes the whole experience a lot less stressful. The staff are friendly and the clinic is very clean. Definitely recommend this place.

I haven’t been to a dentist in years as I’m terrified! Came here for the first time to have wisdom teeth removed & a general clean.I saw Dr Nguyen. He was absolutely wonderful & reassuring. Very professional & well spoken.He removed my wisdoms & gave my teeth a clean & he was extremely gentle & caring.I was really anxious about my visit but after seeing Dr Nguyen I felt at ease & he has… restored my confidence in attending dental appointments. My first visit to this clinic today after being unable to see my usual dentist. Was greeted upon arrival and quickly called in for my 11.30 appointment. The dentist was amazing; professional, quick, efficient, articulate and gentle. He did a fantastic job on my broken tooth and was happy to explain additional treatments to prevent further/future damage. My mouth feels amazing, the experience was… fabulous and I would definitely recommend this practice for anyone seeking any dental work. Not fond of the dentist in general but this was a surprisingly pleasant experience, the cost of which didn’t make me want to faint. Highly recommended and will be going to Phung Tran Dental next time I need work done.

I can highly recommend Dr. Viet from Phung Tran Dental Group. He communicates well and looks after you so your as pain free as possible. He is always explaining in fine detail and making sure I understand every procedure. Some other dentists I’ve experienced at other places, just don’t possess the best techniques nor, do they explain their procedures. Not to mention, the reception team is… professional and friendly. I highly recommend the professional dental service provided by Dr. Viet Nguyen. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted by him and the whole experience from initial consultation to the procedure and follow up was very pleasant. Excellent experience, especially having not had my teeth cleaned for many years. One of the gentlest cleans I’ve ever had; for context, my gums used to be very sore and bleeding when I left another clinic. Will definitely be back for my routine check up after the friendly reminder to take care of my teeth more regularly.

I have been with Dr Tran for more than 15 years and she is a joy every time I visit her. She did my braces when I 1st saw her and I have never regretted this decision. She also did braces and other dental work for my family also.We all go to her every 6 months for a check up and clean.The team are all very friendly and professional where I highly recommending giving them a visit.
